Seisen International School full K-12 Summer School Program returns from June 15 - July 3, 2026.

We welcome Seisen students K-12 and boys and girls from other schools grades 2-12.

The Seisen International School Summer School is a 3-week program is designed to provide students with a wide variety of options to enhance their learning through language arts, sports, arts, mathematics, science, technology, and experiential learning.

Courses in the program will further help students to develop skills necessary to become successful, independent learners, in accordance with our philosophy of "Learning to Love, Loving to Learn." Please note that our kindergarten program ends one day earlier, on Thursday, July 2nd.

Applications for Seisen students open from 12:00 (JST) on Thursday, February 19th, 2026.

Seisen International School Summer School 2026

Summer School 2026 will be in session between June 15 - July 3, at the Seisen International School Yoga Campus. KG summer school finishes on July 2.
Summer School is open to all K-12 Seisen International Students and students from other schools in grades 2-12.

Application Deadlines

  • Applications will be received until Tuesday, May 6th at 12:00 (JST).
  • Registration for students enrolled in Seisen International School will begin on Thursday, February 19th at 12:00 (JST).
  • General registration for non-enrolled students (grades 2-12) will begin on Thursday, February 26th at 12:00 (JST).

All fees below include a  JPY 10,000 K-12 Non-Refundable Registration Fee.

Other Considerations

Lunch

Lunch is provided by the school's caterer Cezars Kitchen at an additional cost for the full duration of Summer School. Students may also bring their own packed lunch each day.

Please note that Cezars Kitchen does not provide lunch on a day-to-day basis during Summer School. Students are required to either sign up for Cezars Kitchen meals or bring their own lunch. Billing details for Cezars Kitchen will be shared when invoices are issued. 

Transportation

Students have the option of signing up for a school bus service to and from our campus for the duration of Summer School.

One-way (Approximation): JPY 30,000
Round-trip (Approximation): JPY 39,000

Final costs will be included in invoices based on selection.

Note: Buses will depart Seisen International School from 3:20pm onwards.

 

REGISTRATION Process

  1. Complete the registration form and select relevant courses and options.
  2. Pay the JPY 10,000 registration fee by bank transfer or internet banking using the details provided below.
  3. Await confirmation of courses and pay summer school fees in full. Invoices will be issued after April 3, 2026.
