Grade 12 is getting ready to finish CAS!

Grade 11 is trucking along with their various CAS experiences.

Grade 12 is getting ready to finish CAS! This month they will be busy writing their summative reflections, requesting supervisor reviews, and filling out their final CAS Exit Checklist. Once they have their final interview with the CAS Coordinator and their homeroom teacher they will officially be done!

Meanwhile Grade 11 is trucking along with their various CAS experiences and CAS projects. There is always cool things going on with CAS!

The DOE Bronze candidates are getting ready for their upcoming Practice Journey to Hakone after spring break! Yesterday during their Wilderness First Aid meeting they learned how to handle a variety of emergency situations and basic first aid for helping their teammates in the field.


The DOE Silver and Gold candidates are getting ready to undertake a practice walk in April as part of their ongoing training to get ready for their Qualifying Journey.

As part of their exit from the CAS program, every senior recently sat with their Advisor and the CAS Coordinator for an informal 15-minute chat known as the final interview. Most students were ready to be done with CAS, relieved that they had passed another milestone in their school journey (not just done with CAS, they are also done with the Core!), but still reminisced on the highlights and lowlights of the journey.
