Did you ever wonder why there aren't any Japanese version of Hitler jokes?

Maybe it's because Japan never had a Hitler. Or because Japan is conservative and won't let you make jokes. Pity. 

OR, it's because Japan's constitution and governmental system impedes the birth of another Hitler.

In this short introduction about our research group, we are demonstrating our knowledge of WW2 propaganda. We will score 8 on Criterion E (Doing it).
