Seisen Firebird Returns to NASA

One of the Firebird Conrad teams - Firebird MEI have qualified in the top five teams of the Conrad Innovation Challenge and will compete at NASA in April.

It is with great honor and appreciation to let you know that one of the Firebird Conrad teams - Firebird MEI have qualified in the top five teams of the Conrad Innovation Challenge in the Health and Nutrition Category. They are invited to compete for the Pete Conrad Scholar medals at the 2019 Conrad Innovation Summit at Kennedy Space Center in Florida from April 23rd to 26th!

Congratulations to Firebird MEI members: Amana Fujikawa (11), Erika Robottom (11), Emi Sun (11), Mohanta Debangi (10) and Sofyani Tatipamula (10).

Also, congratulations to our Firebird SORA team for their hard work and innovative ideas on how to recycle trash in space.

Exciting Design Camp Opportunity from IDEO in August

English speaking high schoolers will be learning how to work on a design challenge - from gaining inspiration and empathy on a topic, to brainstorming with peers, creating concepts, prototyping and story-telling their future vision with others.
