STEP UP! for TELL Japan

Dear Seisen Families and Friends, 
Seisen International School would like to invite all Seisen family and friends to participate in the 2020 TELL Step Up For Mental Health event. TELL Japan is dedicated to providing effective support and counselling services to Japan's international community and its increasing mental health needs. The need to raise awareness and fight stigma surrounding mental illness is more important than ever. For the past three years, TELL has partnered with Tokyo Tower with a climb toTELL Tower Climb 2020 the top to raise funds for World Suicide Prevention Day.

Seisen International School won the 'School Cup Challenge' last year by raising the most funds for TELL to support all their services.

    Please help the Seisen Medical Careers Club meet their goal of donating 400 handmade masks by June 3rd.

    "Stay Home" for a Four Day Weekend

    Our hope is that families will be able to take advantage of this extended four-day weekend to spend quality time together, and to nurture health and well-being.

    Holy Week Virtual Prayer Services

    All members of the community are invited to participate in a Holy Thursday prayer service this Thursday, April 9th at 4pm and a Good Friday Stations of the Cross prayer service on Friday at 3pm.

    Exciting Design Camp Opportunity from IDEO in August

    English speaking high schoolers will be learning how to work on a design challenge - from gaining inspiration and empathy on a topic, to brainstorming with peers, creating concepts, prototyping and story-telling their future vision with others.

    Seisen Singers Selected for Global Choir Festival

    We send off four Seisen High School singers who were selected to sing in the 2019 International School Honor Choir sponsored by the Association for Music in International Schools.  They leave later today for Beijing and will be joining hundreds of other singers from around the world. Good Luck Sahana, Emily, Fumi and Nimisha.

    Seisen Firebird Returns to NASA

    One of the Firebird Conrad teams - Firebird MEI have qualified in the top five teams of the Conrad Innovation Challenge and will compete at NASA in April.
