Dear Seisen Community,

We would like to invite all to participate in the 2021 TELL Step Up For Mental Health event. TELL is dedicated to providing effective support and counseling services to Japan's international community and its increasing mental health needs.

The need to raise awareness and fight the stigma surrounding mental illness is more important than ever. Previously, TELL has partnered with Tokyo Tower with a climb to the top to raise funds for World Suicide Prevention Day. However, due to the global pandemic we are still facing, TELL has decided to adopt a different format for this event by creating the STEP UP challenge walking one step for every life lost to suicide in 2020.

Two Titles to Defend

Seisen International School won two ‘School Cup Challenge’ trophies for the most steps completed as well as the most funds raised last year!
Last year, we raised 69, 645 yen and walked over 670,000 steps as a school.

We would like to defend our title this year for sure but more importantly, to show support and solidarity to TELL in order to help support all the services they provide to the international and Japanese community in Japan. This year, TELL has designed an event from September 10th to October 10th to 'STEP UP' and make a noise about mental health and walk 21,081 steps to honour the 21,081 lives lost to suicide last year.
