Sakura Book Bowl Winners
Lea Morton

Hard work and dedication results in a first Sakura Book Bowl win.

It was a fantastic day for 12 girls from Grade 4 and 5, and Seisen.

They won this years Book Bowl Competition on Friday 23 April.  This year it was held virtually for the first time. Students from 10 schools, from all over Tokyo, competed against each other via a Kahoot.

In recent years the Seisen team has been either second or third. It is a fabulous reflection on the hard work and dedication that this team of students demonstrated, especially due to the restrictions that Covid19 has created.

Our students have spent many hours to become experts on the 20 chapters books from this years Sakura selection.
Congratulations girls. Well done!

We also acknowledge their teachers and parents who have supported their efforts.
