Last Spring six alumni joined our MS/HS Music teacher Ms. Mine to sing in the soundtrack of the new My Hero Academia (僕のヒーローアカデミア THE MOVIE). They got to meet and sing for world-renowned film composer, Yuki Hayashi. Under the direction of Ms. Mine, they performed in four pieces, one of them being the piece for the opening of the movie.
The movie opened in theaters August 6th. Since its release the movie has been in the top five highest grossing movies in Japan each week.
You will hear voices of Fumi Nishimi, Yurino Kataoka, Nina Fukui, Emily Mu, Nimisha Anand, and Yuyu Chou, and Ms. Mine on the big screen!
