This year two Seisen students scored 45 points in their International Baccalaureate Diploma results.

The class of 2021 secured a 100% pass rate with an average score of 36 against a world average of 33 points. The exceptional cohort saw 11 students score more than 40+ points,  including 25 bilingual diplomas and a 100% pass rate.As a non-selective school, Seisen is rightfully proud of its IB Diploma results.

The International Baccalaureate Diploma Programme is exceptionally rigorous and  develops students who have excellent breadth and depth of knowledge. Our students have received multiple offers across the globe and have received acceptances into Brown University, University of Illinois Urbana Champagne, University of Michigan, University of California San Diego, University of Toronto, University of British Columbia, Imperial College London, University of Warwick, University of Tokyo, Waseda University etc. Students are also continuing to study a range of subjects such as Biological Sciences, Economics, Computer Science, Liberal Arts, Psychology, Fashion and Film.

The breakdown of student's final destination for Class of 2021 is Japan (37.2%), US (23.3%), Canada (11.7%), UK (6.8%), Australia (4.7%), Netherlands (4.7%), Korea (2.3%), Canada/France (2.3%), Gap Year (2.3%), Unknown (4.7)

The Class of 2021 completed their diploma amidst a global pandemic resulting in 3 months of online learning and at times isolation. This cohesive group supported each other through periods of uncertainty and stress to achieve truly outstanding results. We wish them the very best of luck in their future studies and careers and would like to remind that they will always be a part of the Seisen community.
