Hanegi Park (Umegaoka)
Hanegi Park is famous for its “Setagaya Plum Blossom Festival” (Ume Matsuri) in mid-February to early March, which features 650 plum trees beautifully blooming in red, pink and white to mark the beginning of spring, winning them the name as one of the “hundred famous trees of Setagaya Ward”. After taking gorgeous pictures of the plum blossoms and enjoying the delicate, sweet scent of the flowers, you can take a walk in the peaceful park to get some fresh air on this small hill. There are also areas and facilities for children to play and explore.
