The student leaders and Sports Camp directors put a lot of time and effort into helping the campers practice Basketball, Volleyball, and Soccer.  The list of sports that the organizers prepare cover a very wide range of sports, from badminton, to softball, to even a game that mixes three together!  However, as the campers grow older and join middle school and highs school, the main goal for the organizers is to prepare students for Seisen sports that they might try out for in the future.  This is why the student leaders must have done at least one Seisen sport in the past school year.

Seisen currently offers basketball, volleyball, tennis, and soccer as Seisen ball sports (excluding track and field).  Since Elementary currently offers only a few sports to students, Sports camp takes the opportunity to prepare the student for these sports as they enter middle school and eventually high school.  In order to give proper attention to all the students, the campers are usually divided into two groups, where one goes on the field and one stays in the gym.  An equal amount of time is given to each sport so the students can explore and see which sport they favor, which one they don’t, and which one they need to improve on.  Junior Varsity or Varsity athletes run these activities and make sure the campers end the day knowing that they did their best in all their abilities and that they have the confidence to continue these sports in the years to come.
