Grade 6's Jewellery Designs, inspired by the Japanese coastline

Grade 6's Jewellery Designs, inspired by the Japanese coastline
Nicola Speirs

Grade students were given the opportunity to showcase their jewellery making skills, as part of their Earth's Physical Geography Unit.

Their designs were based upon the theme of the sea and they used a range of materials including sea glass and shells to create their finished product.

A comprehensive specification was developed, prior to making the designs, to ensure that the finished product was aesthetically pleasing, wearable, safe and strong.
