Tuition/Fees
Description of Fees

Payments |
Payable for one academic year unless otherwise stated. Attendance for any portion of a quarter will require payment for the entire quarter. Invoices are mailed home. |

Refunds |
Made on a quarterly basis by bank transfer. |
|
Application Fee |
Fee or proof of payment must be submitted with each application and is nonrefundable. Paid by bank transfer (see below) indicating child's name and the code APPF, or a personal check in the amount US$200 made out to Seisen International School and accompanying the application form. |

Registration |
Payable only once immediately upon acceptance to Seisen and is nonrefundable. |
|
Land & Building Development Fee |
A one time payment for new students upon acceptance. Attendance of any portion of the school year makes it nonrefundable. |
|
Building Maintenance Fee |
Annual fee for all students and not refundable. |
|
School Bus |
Reservations for school bus should be made as early as possible with the school office. |
|
School Trips |
Fees for major field studies which are part of the curricula in Grades 6-12. |
|
Payment Dates |
Payable by June 1. Only tuition fee and school bus fee may be paid in two installments. The second payment is due by January 10. Lunch fees must be paid in full in advance. |

Bank Transfers |
All fees should be paid by bank transfer or check. The receipt will be mailed home. All bank transfers should indicate the child's name and number. It should be made to : Seisen International School, The Bank of Tokyo-Mitsubishi UFJ, Ltd. Tamagawa branch, Ordinary account, No. 131-4076962. |

School Accident |
From September 1, 2006 or the day
following the payment of tuition in case of a delay or late
registration, students are covered by a special Seisen
insurance policy till August 31, 2007. A school-insured
student is covered as follows: |

Corporate |
Scholarships can be granted to students whose parents are employed by companies that join this plan. Please contact the accounting office for further information. |
|
Delinquent Payments |
In cases of serious financial delinquency, class attendance will be suspended and/or release of grades, transcripts, and other records of attendance and performance will be withheld. |
